MD For Moms Radio, Every Wednesday 1pm (ET) on The BBM Global Network, iHeartRadio and iTunes.
This week on MD for Moms, I’ll be interviewing endocrinologist Dr. Gillian Mueller Goddard about the impact of thyroid disorders in pregnancy and postpartum as well as gestational diabetes. We will explore how these disorders present, why it’s important to treat and things to ask your doctor if you’re concerned. We will also explore safe postpartum weight loss and how endocrine abnormalities may be thwarting your plans to return to your pre-pregnancy size.
